Urgently required for a Leading and famous retail Fashion Company Job Title: Visual Merchandiser specialist Key Responsibilities :- -Designs windows and creates more attractive internal displays as well as promotes events tempting the customer to buy. -Presents effective promotional ideas to increase store profits and sale. -Moves and positions store merchandises in order to maintain an organized, visually appealing and welcoming store environment. -Sources materials and displays elements, such as lighting, props and accessories. -Maximizes the layout of the store by installing and dismantling displays, using available space to the best advantage. -Dresses mannequins and makes use of creative lighting for window displays. -Provides necessary coaching to the sales staff regarding display of goods. -Communicates with the warehouse staff to ensure appropriate product rotation. -Coordinates with store managers to improve visibility of slow moving items. -Serves store customers when required. -Liaises with marketing teams to exchange information on brand and in-store activity.
